1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging (where applicable)
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalised/custom-made items (including customised hens boxes)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at hello@verisofficial.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, even when a label is provided

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

You will be notified once your refund has been processed.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items, including:

  • Size or style changes
  • Defective or damaged items

Important:

  • Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and photo evidence of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

7. Shipping Regions

We currently accept returns from customers located in:

  • Cyprus
  • Greece

We do not accept returns from other international locations at this time.
