Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been processed and dispatched.

  • Cyprus – Home Delivery: 5–7 business days
  • Greece & EU – Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days
  • International – Standard Shipping: 9–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, and courier delays.

Promotional Free Shipping

From time to time, Veris Official may offer promotional free shipping. Any active shipping promotions will be clearly communicated on our website or at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

As all orders are shipped from Cyprus, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges once they reach the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Veris Official is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

Veris Official is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact us at hello@verisofficial.com. We will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package at hello@verisofficial.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) so we can review the issue.
